They have problems with software glitches and customer service is non-existent. Verdict Strengths: sound quality, hi-res, made for audiophiles, unbiased musical culture, competitive price, download store Weaknesses: library, slower than.Cost: 14.99/month or 149.99/year, first month. Qobuz may not have the selection that Spotfy, Tidal or Apple.Music have-.yet, but they are catching up.VERY quickly- it in termsof hi-res sound they have everyone else beat, including Amazon's hi-res.tier (though not by much). However, they can't get their crap together. Qobuz is one of a few options for lossless streaming, competing with Amazon Music HD, Tidal HiFi, and Deezer. Great customer service, great artist recommendations, discovery and highlights, album logic and not track. The interface is fine, and the streaming qualities offered are exactly what I'm looking for. Definitely the best streaming service Ive ever used. Also, dont forget to connect with the Jabba. Pricing is competitive and acceptable to me. Finally, make sure to check out Jabba Reviews for more deals and reviews. I also frequently receive the error message "It's impossible to play this track." Too bad, I wanted to like Qobuz. This tells me they are drowning in coding issues, optimization problems, and software glitches. This email came 2 hours after the original email from them!!! Why respond to my request in the first place? Someone is simply opening and closing support requests with no attempt at resolution. As I was in the process of gathering the requested info, I received an email notifying me that Qobuz closed my request since they hadn't heard from me. I also like the choices of information that Qobuz makes available on screen. The size of the fonts and images is large and easy to read and this makes for a relaxing piece of software to use. About 3 business days later I received an email requesting information and screenshots to help resolve the issue. First up, Qobuz is sensibly laid out and makes good use of the space available to it.
So I submitted a new request for the same thing.
No one replied to that request for a couple months. I opened a customer support request because my phone app repeatedly attempted streaming in the highest quality available on cellular data regardless of my streaming quality settings. App plagued with issues & customer service non-existent
